THIRDEYE
The THIRDEYE is my go-to board for deep snow and riding fast. In some ways, it could be considered a step-up shape. The surfy shape is a proven design with a pointy nose and a round tail. The nose shape, length, and flex allow it to slice through any amount of snow with ease. The versatile round tail adds stability at speed and on landings, and allows for a smooth transition out of a turn. The stable flex along with the wider platform underfoot makes for a fast turning yet maneuverable feel. I tend to surf this shape in the middle of the winter or out west on open alpine lines.
