 Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address.

 In an event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please not additional shipping fees may apply for the return or your order.

Order Processing

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed and shipped.

Please allow 7 business days for your order processing and verification and up to 5-10 business days for delivery.

Shredeye is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.  The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.  We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.

Payments

Payments are made by credit card through Stripe.  Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.  Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address that is different than the credit cards billing address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching billing address.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  Once and order is confirmed it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled.  In case you were sent the incorrect item or defective item, please contact us at Info@SE.

Waiver

Shredeye board are for experienced pow surfers only.

Riding Shredeye boards could involve serious injury or death.

Always use a retention leash and were protective gear.

Never try to mount bindings to a Shredeye board.

Impact damage could occur if the board contact rocks, stumps or trees.

Always inspect the board and leash prior to use.

If surfing in the backcountry, always carry and know how to use safety equipment like avalanche transceivers, probe and shovel.  Also check local weather and Avalanche conditions before heading out to surf.

Warranty

There is no warranty on a used board.  If an issue does come up, please contact us at Info@SE
